I love all things fitness! I grew up playing sports and fell in love with the weight room. I'm a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I'm currently a student of Exercise Science at Utah Valley University.
With a background in both sports and bodybuilding, I have found such a love for health and fitness. I have over 5 years of experience with various kinds of programming and fitness levels to cater to each individuals goals. With specialties and passion especially for nutrition, behavior change, strength, aesthetic, and fat loss. My goal is to help you establish life long habits so you can sustain a healthy and confident mind and body.
Fitness and health has been a passion of mine since 2015. During the crazy year of 2020, I decided to change career fields in search of fulfillment. I reached one of the highest points in my career of Golf Course Management but was depressed and unfulfilled. It was at that time I started to see how valuable fitness is to me. I helped my mom lose 100 pounds and change her life for the better. My dad wasn’t able to take advantage of the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise and later passed from cancer and cardiovascular disease. It’s now my mission to help people increase their longevity and live life to the fullest through proper nutrition and exercise.
Hi I’m Allie! I recently graduated with a degree in exercise science! I’ve been doing personal training for a couple years now. I’ve worked with people of all ages!
I didn't discover my passion for fitness until into my adult life, but I absolutely love it; particularly strength and muscle building. My current obsession is powerlifting. I'm a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and received my Associates degree from SLCC. I strive to help everyone find an aspect of exercise they will love or to improve their current routine and progress.
