Allie ISaacson

Meet Allie — a passionate coach with a degree in Exercise Science and a deep background in athletics, injury rehab, and youth development. A former collegiate lacrosse player, Allie understands firsthand the discipline and mindset it takes to succeed both on and off the field. Her love for coaching began early, leading her to work with kids as young as 18 months all the way up to high school athletes, helping them build strength, coordination, and confidence. Allie has also coached high school lacrosse and has a strong track record of helping young athletes develop their skills, prevent injuries, and excel in their sport. She’s worked with individuals of all ages to rehab injuries and restore functional movement.

Logan Decamp

Hey! I’m Logan —
I’ve worked with people ages 15 to 80 dealing with everything from high blood pressure, diabetes, and low testosterone to rotator cuff tears, disc issues, plantar fasciitis, and more.
Am I an expert in all of it? No. But I’m never afraid to say, “I don’t know — yet,” and figure it out.
That mindset has helped me successfully coach a wide range of people through a wide range of challenges.
My mission is to help people move better pain-free, break through plateaus, and lower their risk of disease through proper nutrition and exercise.
Make sure to book a consultation with me to learn how we may be able to help you!
